Procrastination helps fitness?

I am seriously procrastinating...I keep putting off the chore of trying to figure out the final accounting of Seussical so I ran 4 miles instead. Yea, me!...sort of. I am happy that I ran but now feel guilt and remorse at not spending every waking minute trying to get the Little Theatre mess straightened out. I am one of the best when it comes to procrastination, though; hence, I am writing here (and if you notice just how infrequent that can be, you will understand that I am in serious procrastination mode!).

According to the marathon running program I printed off I am supposed to run 4 miles again today and take tomorrow off. I have an hour of strength training later on today, though, so I'm thinking that I might take today off and run the 4 miles tomorrow. I don't think that's such a big deal, but I'm not the one who writes the programs so maybe there is a logical explanation for the order they have. Maybe it's because Sunday is a long run? Hmmm...I'm still thinkin' that I'll bag today and run tomorrow. Time to go deal with the Little Theatre! :(

Yeah, there is all sorts of science behind the order on the running programs. How's this - if you run I will too!

Can I hold you to that?
