Thanksgiving...Better Late Than Never?

I realize it's Saturday already, but we are finally having our Thanksgiving dinner. Since I was sick all day Thursday it seemed rather pointless to fix a 19-lb. turkey for just two people. Yesterday Gerry was sick so, again, the whole pointless thing. Today is better, though I don't think Gerry is ready to go run any marathons. But the turkey is in the oven now, so there's no turning back! Now I can get the kitchen cleaned up and maybe even have time for round two of shopping before our dinner is ready! Happy Thanksgiving, indeed!
